Is Inkvoice really free?
Yes. Core creation and PDF export are free forever. Free PDFs include a small “Made with Inkvoice” footer. Pro ($9/mo) adds your logo, removes that footer, and unlocks tips.
Will my clients see Inkvoice branding?
On the free plan, yes — a small footer line on the PDF. Pro PDFs show your logo instead and omit the Inkvoice line. Unlimited free PDFs either way.
Do I need an account?
No signup. No email gate before download.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser (optional localStorage for recent clients/invoices). There is no Inkvoice invoice database in v1.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes on Pro — upload a PNG/JPG in the app or on Pricing; it stays in this browser and appears on the preview and PDF. Free tier stays fast with the Inkvoice footer.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Open Pricing → Upgrade with Stripe.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Optionally set the Payment Link success URL to
/#pricing?pro=success so Pro unlocks when you return.
Is this a substitute for accounting software?
No — Inkvoice is for creating and sending invoices quickly. Pair it with your bookkeeping tool of choice when you need tax filing and expense tracking.
